BARE GLOW MINERAL MAKEUP ORDER PROCESSING DATES AND TIMES
Please note that your credit card, Bank Debit, E-check or Paypal account will be charged upon checkout by you, not when your purchase is shipped.

Bare Glow Minerals process' and ships all continental United States orders in approximately 3-5 business days (see dates and times above). Orders received on or during our closed schedule will start processing on next business day as open.

Please remember that orders with mineral makeup samples of any kind, including liquid mineral makeup,, cream mineral foundation/concealers, pressed mineral makeup, or any other made-to -order products may have additional processing (made to order) time of 3-10 business days.

When purchasing please make note of the date and time you ordered as it is in our system also, so you will have a hands on timeline when your order will ship. Immediately upon checkout you will receive to your payment email address used a confirmation email regarding your ordered items. This is not a shipping notice, (see above). You will upon receipt of your order in our receipt-of-order department receive an automated reply with information regarding your order. Earth link and other spam form email servers may block such emails, please avoid using this email service provider and others such-as when ordering from us or any business to avoid your order information being deleted by your email service ie server before you receive it. Bare Glow Minerals ships all Continental United States Orders (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or territories) Confirmation Delivery USPS (IE tracking) (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. www.usps.com

Please allow the 3-5 business days for processing and 2-5 days for your priority shipment to arrive "before" contacting our customer service department.

ALL (within the continental) US orders will receive a confirmation delivery number via the email you used for your shopping cart payment to us.

If you are using firewalls that are blocking or spamming links or earth link then you will most likely not receive this email from the USPS.com website. Please know what your computer programs through your server are set to accomplish, as we also can't answer emails we are not getting as in the above example. We can be reached at the numbers and email addresses on our privacy page.

Please note: That if United States Post Office Confirmation Delivery Tracking Number (available online to us and to you www.usps.com, the consumer for legal verification) confirms that your order has been delivered to the shipping address located on your order and you claim that you have not received said package, your order, ie package will not be reshipped as deemed appropriate for such claims.

Bare Glow Minerals uses the USPS verification system to prevent shoplifting and mail fraud to protect ourselves and customers like yourself. Bare Glow Minerals reports all postal theft claims, credit card chargebacks, etc. to the proper authorities to help stamp out internet theft/shopping lifting/credit cart fraud abuse. APO/AE Mailing Addresses: If you wish to ship your order to an APO/AE address please make sure when check out you enter the American equivalent address in the shipping information section to ensure you receive the domestic shipping price. Then apply correct APO/AE shipping address in the text/note box provided or email to us with your order confirmation number sent to you via our shopping cart system.

Bare Images Mineral Cosmetics ships International Orders world-wide First Class USPS Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days (see above business dates and times) for processing and 10-14 days for your order to arrive after shipping.

Bare Images does not at any time guarantee the arrival to destination of International orders. If your International Package/Order does not arrive we do not guarantee a replacement or a refund for the price of the purchase of order or shipping charges. Replacing undelivered International (outside the Continental United States) Orders is the sole responsibility of purchaser/customer.

BARE GLOW INFORMATION ON OUT OF US ORDER CUSTOM CHARGES
Customers are responsible for all/any additional Customs Fees country and address of purchaser may impose on said package. At No time is Bare Images Minerals responsible for any additional postage/handling fees incurred en-route.

NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS (IE PACKAGES)
Bare Images Minerals sends all US orders with confirmation delivery to verify arrival of orders. ALL tracking confirmation deliver numbers are traceable to the consumer and our establishment at any given time.

If your order does not arrive to your address and there is no tracking to any arrival destination (IE your checkout shipping address) by the USPS Bare Images will gladly process and reship your order at no cost to you, though it will be signature required at that time only.

If the confirmation delivery of shipment to you has been confirmed by USPS as being delivered to the address provided by you at checkout for shipment of your order, Bare Images will not replace nor reship your order. No exceptions.

BARE GLOW MINERALS INFORMATION ON BACK ORDERED ITEMS
Occasionally we receive orders for makeup and or skin care items and accessories that are suddenly in higher then normal demand. We make a note on your invoice of the back ordered items.

Usually these items are in stock within 10 business days and we reship as soon as they are in-house. You are also more then welcome to contact us for a refund of backordered items as soon as you are notified they are backordered (IE on your invoice) What makes you happy makes Bare Images happy.

BARE GLOW MINERALS E-C0MMERCE WEBSITE ITEM SHIPMENT ERROR
If by the rare occurrence Bare Images Mineral Cosmetics has shipped you the wrong item/s, please notify us and we will reship the correct item when wrong item is returned, as well as refunding your return shipping fee. Please send exchange by first class USPS mail with confirmation delivery for your protection and ours of said product/s.

BARE GLOW MINERALS 30 DAY REFUND/EXCHANGE INFORMATION
We offer a complete refund or exchange on all sealed unopened Bare GLOW products purchased within 30 days of original shopping cart purchase date. Please return the unused sealed products (we do not accept returns of any kind of damaged brushes, containers, etc) for a timely refund.

All refunds will be credited in the form that the payment originated from, IE email address, via our shopping cart through Paypal. IE: if you have purchased a product with a specific credit or debit cart your refund monies will be returned to said card via our shopping cart and your email payment address used for original purchase, or an in-house credit if this method is unavailable to you/us.

Return/Exchange instructions must be followed or Bare GLOW or refund/exchange is void.

BARE GLOW MINERAL MAKEUP AND MAKEUP BRUSH INFORMATION
All cosmetic and makeup brushes shed slightly with usage. It is a normal occurrence for our line of professional makeup application natural brush products. Makeup brushes can be extremely dense especially Kabuki and Bronzer, and any brush with goat hair.

Please remember to wash each of your natural and synthetic hair makeup brushes in a natural NON disinfectant soap (disinfectant soaps can/may ruin bristles and ferrules) at least once a week, foundation application mineral makeup brushes must be washed daily. A easy Ivory, Dove brand, or natural hand gel soap is perfect or facial cleansers containing essential oils to keep bristles soft and naturally clean.

BARE GLOW MINERAL MAKEUP RESTOCKING Fees
Bare GLOW Minerals does not at this time charge a restocking fee. If you are exchanging an item we do not pay your shipping, you must pay your shipping/handling charges in accordance to our regular USPS Priority shipping fees per transaction amount.

Please note: If we receive your return/exchange over 30 days from original purchase date we will not issue you a refund, but can upon return approval issue you a e-commerce website/store in-house credit.

FOR EASY Return Unwanted/Incorrect BARE GLOW ITEMS Please Contact Us first, then follow the steps 1-5 below.

STEP 1.	Send Via Email to: CS@BareGlowminerals.com explaining the nature of your return/exchange. Include your exact full name, order/Invoice number, shopping cart Transaction Number as well as date and time of purchase. The above information must be included as it appeared in your confirmation order email via shopping cart upon checkout sent to you or we will be unable to help you in a timely fashion. Please include a copy of your shopping cart payment confirmation email so we may process your exchange/refund quickly. Ship item/s back via first class United States Postal Mail with confirmation delivery to assure return. DO NOT send attachments, all emails with attachments of any kind are not accepted through our server for your and all customer safety.
STEP 2.	If when returning item/s you elect not to add confirmation delivery or tracking when shipping your return/exchange back to us and it is not received, Bare GLOW will not guarantee your return (the post office tracking/confirmation delivery can do this) as Bare GLOW Minerals can not guarantee the receipt of the package without said tracking, nor can you the consumer.
STEP 3.	Please do not at any time send returns FedEx or UPS as neither of these companies ships to our return PO Box and we do not accept packages at our warehouses from customers.
STEP 4.	Provided we receive your return within the 30 day return/exchange limit. Bare GLOW Minerals will reimburse/refund you (minus shipping) for sealed/unused item/s or exchange your order per your instructions included in the returned envelope.
STEP 5.	You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your return/exchange, at this time Bare GLOW Minerals will follow your enclosed instructions an either credit you via your original payment method or exchange your item/s. All refunds and credits are minus return or reshipping exchanged items to you.

A return/exchange may take up to 15 business days in-house processing after we have received item/s back. We will post e-mail to your return listed email address when your return/exchange is being processing and shipping charges for reshipment will be invoiced for you to pay via our shopping cart. If shipping charges are not paid, we will not reship your exchange/s to you as posted above.

IN-HOUSE STORE/WEBSITE E-COMMERCE CREDITS
All e-commerce store/website credits can be used at any time. E-commerce website/store credits are are non-refundable and have No Cash Value. Please notify us ahead of time if you'd like to apply your e-commerce/website store credit so we can process your order quickly without delays..
